Останавливались в этом отеле на 4 дня в начале сентября. Нам очень понравилось! Да, номера не новые, немного обшарпанные) Но изначально всё было сделано хорошо - номер большой, прекрасная кровать, хорошая душевая. Все необходимые принадлежности, вафельные халаты, тапочки и вьетнамки. Воду пополняли каждый день, правда она была в стеклянных бутылках (не уверена, что их чисто моют). Завтрак очень хороший, большой выбор как азиатских блюд, так и европейских. Самое большое преимущество отеля - пляж и бассейн. Невероятно тихий пляж с белоснежным песком. Вода очень теплая и чистая. Читала, что иногда жарят медузы, но нам повезло - ни раз никто не ужалил. В бассейне вода теплая, можно не вылезать часами. Виды замечательные. Рекомендую брать номер с видом на море. Хотела бы отметить очень удобную систему передвижения на острове на электрокарах. Минусы все же есть - в номере не работал чайник, розетки были старые и плохо держали некоторые приборы. Плюсы, однако, значительно перевешивают. Рекомендую отель для тех, кому хочется спокойного и красивого отдыха от суеты и шума города.

酒店擺渡車的服務非常迅速方便!早餐很豐盛,另外自費的自助餐性價比還算可以吧~ 海鮮種類不多,但在這裡吃飯算是很方便啦。酒店到樂園也很方便,但是取現金的atm機壞了,建議取好現金再上島,樂園裡有一部分店不能用visa。

第一次安排的別墅三個房間全部都朝向園林,唯一朝向海景的是客廳,但全部被植物遮擋;而在我投訴之後調整的房間中三個房間都朝向海景的。辦理入住時我已經表達很清楚了需要看到海景,但是酒店相關人員完全沒有重視我的要求,並告知滿房了,此房型是可安排的最好的海景別墅。本來我們的計劃是小朋友在泳池中游泳後去市區吃海鮮,衹能被迫在酒店吃自助餐。需要表揚的是訂房網站,24小時在線,積極溝通解決問題,後續海外酒店還是選擇訂房網站!

設施:設施雖然不夠新,但維護的還可以。 衞生:床品有股黴味,應該是通病,不過睡著還是很舒服。 環境:酒店環境很美,隨時都能親近大海,樹木中也有鳥叫聲,很純粹自然。 服務:大部分服務員很熱情,會主動打招呼微笑。但一些就不會,而且在退房將行李拿到車站時也沒有人主動幫忙,但是前一個人就有幫忙…

We stayed for 4 nights and the overall experience was ok. The best way to describe it is the location and area are great, but the staff are average or even below average. Some of the staff has the right attitude and way of working, but others do not. For this level of resort and cost of staying, I expect more competency. Waiters at the pool bar eating food in front of guests, forgetting to place orders, not understanding the customers needs or actual questions, and not communicating internally as well. These specific hotel employees do not have the experience to know the things they are doing are wrong, and need better training. For the first and second day, I was hounded for not having a security deposit established so I can purchase things on my room. I was almost barred from leaving the dinner buffet area and had to go to the front desk again to confirm the rest of the hotel knows there is a deposit. It is a large resort so if you aren’t staying in the main hotel then be prepared to use their electric buggies for getting around. But they were quick and the drivers were very nice.

The hotel is beautiful, and the swimming pool is very spacious. However, it seems that the staff here are not well-trained. When I ordered something, they didn’t seem to understand at all. For a hotel of this standard, the staff’s English proficiency and enthusiasm should be much better. Everything I ordered was served incorrectly, and when I pointed it out, the staff just looked confused — this happened at the pool area. I also went to the front desk to ask about tickets to the amusement park and spoke with an employee named Liza. She answered my questions well, but then a Russian man came up behind me, seemingly to ask about something too. He appeared impatient and stood right next to me, acting rudely. What bothered me even more was that the staff hurriedly tried to finish my conversation just to attend to him, as if giving preference to their fellow Russian guest. I don’t understand why you have to discriminate like that. This made me very upset. I’ve stayed at many hotel brands before, but the staff here are not knowledgeable at all. They should receive proper training — and they should stop showing favoritism, whether the guest is Asian or Russian, because we all pay the same.

酒店沙灘海岸超級乾淨,服務超好,行李服務員Toan很親切很熱情,每天都幫忙把我們趕海的東西送回別墅。除了房間設施有點老,別的都完美,酒店自助餐和大堂吧吃飯都不貴,而且西餐很正宗。酒店擺渡車頻率就完全不會等很久,到了就走那種。

酒店在竹島上面,需要乘坐跨海纜車或者輪船抵達,這個過程本身就充滿了儀式感和驚喜。酒店的服務很好,從纜車站開始就可以感受到員工的細緻服務。美中不足的是有一些項目沒有開放,遊戲室的裝備有部分缺失,而且好天氣會帶來加倍的體驗,所以需要一些好運氣。

We stay in Marriott for vacation from 29th Sep to 6th Oct , family of 4. Very disappointed with service and food in the hotel. Very difficult to communicate with stuff , like only 20% can speak English. Food : 4 from 10, breakfast was ok , but vegetables are not fresh some even rotten a bit , also we had lobby restaurant and in dining service all was so-so, poor kids menu was also a disappointment , which never happened in other Marriott hotels. Cleaning room : 3 from 10 , never cleaned the carpet in the villa , so it was always dirty with food and other stuff , when they took out the dishes , they just left them near the door for the whole day , sometimes throw the plastic wrap near the door. Communication: 1 from 10 , very poor trained stuff , almost no English , they had messed our orders like 2-3 times in different locations. Very slow and very unprofessional. Kids club : 4 from 10 , as well not clean , strange stuff , who do nothing there , and even don’t clean the sharp objects on the floor , luckily it was me , who stepped up on it , not someone’s toddler. Location : 10 from 10 , although all of the minuses , the location was super nice , beautiful seashore and very comfortable villa ( which is written has a kitchen , but don’t have any kitchen equipment or even microwave) . Hope the management will take attention to all above.
